What is The Scrapbook Club? The Scrapbook Club is an online site where you can subscribe to our customized scrapbook kits and create-a-kits, order collection kits and card kits, see sample idea pages, and chat with others. To find out how we got started go to About Us.
What is a customized scrapbook kit? Customized scrapbook kits are kits filled with great products that are customized to your needs. We currently offer three kit, six kit and twelve kit subscriptions. To find out what is included in each kit, see our shopping section.
How do you customize the kits? When you place an order you fill out a profile in our database. This gives us information about what kind of album you are working on and what products you enjoy. The more information you give, the more customized your kits become. To fill out a profile, go to the Scrapbook Kits Profile page.
What is a Create-A-Kit? Create-A-Kits are similar to our customized scrapbook kits except that you are able to choose the paper lines that your kits are based on. We currently offer three kit, six kit and twelve kit subscriptions. To find out what is included in each kit, see our shopping section.
How do I order a Customized Scrapbook or Create-A-Kit? Go to the Store and select your subscription option (monthly payments or pay all at once), then follow shopping cart instructions to finalize your order. Then go to the homepage and click on the profile link. Register in the database using the same log in name and password that you used for our message board. You must register in the database or we will not be able to send out your kits. Create-A-Kit members will be added to the special forum on our message board after we have received payment and your profile. This forum is where members can choose their paper lines for their kits. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and paypal. If you would like to pay by check or money order, you can also go to the store and follow the instructions when checking out.
What if I don't like my kit? May I return it? Of course! 100% satisfaction is our guarantee. If you feel that you'd like to return your kit for any reason, just return your unused kit within 10 days and we will send you a replacement kit or refund your money for that month's kit. If you decide to discontinue your subscription, just let us know and we will refund your money, minus the kits you have kept. There will be no further obligation. If you received a discounted rate for a pay all at once subscription or a club membership, you will be charged the difference between the discounted rate and the regular rate for all kits that you received under that subscription.
What if I already have one of the items in my kit? Just send it back and we will send you a replacement item.
What if something is damaged during shipping? If this does happen, tell us and we will send you a replacement for the damaged items.
What is your shipping policy? Shipping for your customized kits and Create-A-Kits are a flat $6 charge already included in the price. This applies to the United States using USPS Priority Mail. Shipping internationally for these kits is $8 additional per kit for USPS Global Priority Mail. These shipping charges are already included in the price and no other shipping charges apply for the above kits. All other kits and individual items will be shipped via USPS. Rates are determined by weight. A shipment weighing 1lb is $4, a package weighing 2lbs is $6, a package weighing s $8.10. All packages over 15lbs have their a special rate. Please see our shipping calculator in our shopping area to determine your exact shipping cost. We reserve the right to change shipping policies at any time.
When do your kits ship? Customized Kits and Create-A-Kits are shipped the last few business days of the month. Bo-Bunny class kits ship on the 15th of the month. All other products and kits will be shipped within 2 business days of when the order was placed. Any shipping changes that occur for our subscription services will be posted on our message board. PLEASE NOTE - for customized kits and Create-A-Kits your subscription starts the following month after you sign up. For example - if your order is complete in February your first kit will ship in March. Please refer to the order confirmation that is emailed to you after you have completed your profile sheet and payment. This gives you the exact shipping date.
Can I skip a kit? You are welcome to skip a month's kit, if need be. For Customized Kits, Create-A-Kits and Bo-Bunny Class Kits we must be notified about skipping by the fist of the month. You can not skip more than 3 months within your entire subscription. You can email orders@thescrapbookclub.com. You will receive an email confirmation that you are skipping this month's kit.
What is your referral policy? Receive a free gift for every referral. They must put your name down, otherwise we don't know who to give the credit to. For customized kits - put name in the "How did you hear about us" box. For collection kits - put name in the notes section at the bottom. Person being referred to us must be a new customer or subscriber. Does not apply to previous orders or customers who have ordered from us before.
Are your products archival safe? Yes! We use products from top companies such as Bazzill Basics, Making Memories, and Doodlebug Design, EK Success and many more. We check all products before the are offered to see if they are archival safe. If their is a product that we would like to offer but is not archival safe, we clearly state it!
